Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Shenandoah Telecommunications Conference Call to discuss yesterday's announcement of the sale of their wireless business. Today's conference is being recorded. The purpose of today's call is to review Shentel's recent announcements regarding the sale price of our wireless assets and operations, the expected timing of the remaining steps in completing the divestiture, the expected use of proceeds and the company's preliminary 2020 results and 2021 outlook.
