Good afternoon. My name is Frank Louthan; I am the senior wireline analyst here at Raymond James covering cable, telecom, data center, CDNs and other various related things. I'm very pleased today to have Shentel back with us at the conference. New coverage for me, certainly not new to the Company, but made a transition last year as they are much more in -- a little bit more in my wheelhouse following the divestiture last year. So today, we have Ed McKay, COO and Jim Volk, Chief Financial Officer. For the Company today, we are going to go through a few questions and if you guys have a few questions of your own, we will start there. So start out -- how many homes should we expect to pass on an annual basis? The Company shifted a little bit to a growth strategy, investing in growing fiber. How should we think about that from a homes passed perspective?
