Good morning, everybody, and welcome on this cloudy day here in Amsterdam for the H1 2021 results of Wereldhave. Today here, I am with Matthijs Storm, CEO; and Dennis de Vreede, CFO, who will give a presentation on the results and the disposal, of course, of the portfolio in France. First, the presentation; later on, there will be the option for a Q&A session.

Thank you, Ruud, and good morning, everyone. Exciting day for us, not only the results but, as Ruud already mentioned, we made progress with regards to our strategy and, in particular, the French disposal, so this will certainly be a topic that we will discuss further.
