Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome you to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. It is now 11 AM Central Time. The meeting will now come to order. I am Robert Weingarten, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and I will serve as Chairman of this meeting.
David Sunkin of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, the company's outside corporate counsel, will serve as Secretary of this meeting.
