Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome you to the Special Meeting of Stockholders of Guardian Health Sciences, Inc. It is now 11:00 AM Central Time. The meeting will now come to order.
I am Robert Weingarten, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and I will serve as Chairman of this meeting. David Sunkin of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, the company's outside corporate counsel, will serve as Secretary of this meeting. Due to the public health impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to support the health and well-being of our employees, stockholders, and partners, this Special Meeting of Stockholders is being held in a virtual meeting format.
