Okay. We'll go ahead and get started. Hi, everyone. My name is Ghansham Panjabi for those that don't know me. I'm the packaging and coatings equity research analyst at Baird. It's a pleasure to welcome Graphic Packaging. Steve Scherger, CFO. He's been CFO since 2015 and was at MeadWestvaco, really proud of that. And Melanie Skijus from Investor Relations as well.
