Good morning. This is David Solomon, the Chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs. Thank you again for being with us this morning. I now call the meeting to order.
To start off, I want to provide an overview of how this meeting will be conducted and how shareholders can submit questions at the meeting. We will run the meeting in accordance with the agenda and the rules of conduct, which is available online in the Materials section of the virtual meeting website. I want to thank those of you who have already submitted questions online over the past several weeks. If any shareholders have additional questions for the meeting, you may submit them now online. To do so, please make sure you're logged into the virtual meeting website with your control number. Questions can be submitted until the conclusion of the presentation of the 8 proposals being voted on today.
