I would now like to turn the conference over to your first speaker today, Alistair Cox. Please go ahead.
Thank you. Good morning, everybody. Welcome to our FY '21 results. We've all obviously lived through a year like no other. And I really hope this is the last time that we have to present our results virtually. But I do think we've got a strong story to tell today, one that involves structural growth opportunities, cyclical recovery and self-improvement. So as usual, I'll take you through the operating review, Paul will then address the detailed financials and our current trading and then I'll finish off with an update on our strategy.
