Biostage Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. It's a pleasure to welcome you to the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Biostage, Inc. I am David Green. I'm the Chairman, the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. I will serve as inspector of elections, the presiding officer, and acting chair of this meeting.
Thank you for joining us today. We're excited to be hosting our virtual meeting again this year, which allows us to enhance safety of meeting participants, be more inclusive, and reach a greater number of our stockholders. We have stockholders attending via the web portal and the toll-free number that we have provided.
As is our custom, we'll conduct the business portion of the meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting. In keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now shortly after 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on June 22, 2022, and this meeting is officially called to order.
