Good morning. It's a pleasure to welcome you to this special meeting of the stockholders of Biostage, Inc. I am David Green, Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. I will serve as the Inspector of Elections, the Presiding Officer, and Acting Chair of this meeting. Thank you for joining us today.
As we do with our annual meetings, we will conduct the business portion of this special meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting. In keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now shortly after 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, on July 28, 2022. And this meeting is officially called to order.
Each of you has been provided access to the agenda and conduct guidelines for this meeting. It is our intention to follow the agenda so that the purposes of this meeting may be achieved in an orderly and expeditious fashion.
