All right. I want to thank everyone for joining us. It's my pleasure to introduce Humana. Humana is one of the largest managed care companies in the United States. They have a focus on the Medicare Advantage and Medicare businesses. Presenting today, we have Brian Kane who is the CFO; we also have Amy Smith from Investor Relations. And they were nice enough to jump right into the Q&A.
And I -- actually let's make sure that my mic is on. But let's make sure that we, kind of, get the elephant in the room out of the way. We recently had some activist investors in Centene kind of push for a sale to Humana. I'd love to, kind of, hear how you guys respond to something like that.
