Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by. Welcome to the Humana Annual Meeting of Stockholders Call. (Operator Instructions) I would now like to hand the conference to your speaker today, Kurt Hilzinger. Please go ahead, sir.
The meeting will please come to order. I'm Kurt Hilzinger, Chairman of the Board of Humana Inc., and I will act as Chairman of this meeting. Joe Ruschell, Associate Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company, will act as Secretary of the meeting.
