Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you very much. Am I -- if you got the right volume. We're ready to go. Okay. Thank you very much for those of you who come here in person. We have about the latest count. I just got the latest head count, we've got about 225 people who are guests, externals, who are on the webcast. And we've got a few hundred colleagues as well who are on the webcast. So certainly speaking for myself, I'm not guiding my fellow presenters. I'm going to say relatively locked to the lectern, not because I'm nervous of you, but because it means that it broadcasts better for those who are -- thank you very much, for those who are on the webcast.
