Thanks, Diana, and good morning, good afternoon, everybody. Thanks very much for coming on the line. Sorry, we're starting slightly late, but there were just a few people having a few problems getting in. So I hope you can hear me clearly. Now I'm joined by Gareth Wright and by Richard Menzies-Gow. So I'm just going to do a little bit of a scene set. I'm going to try and keep it short and to the point because I suspect people would really rather ask questions. I'm getting the nod from Richard that, that's correct.
