Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I welcome you to this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Bid Corporation. I'm Stephen Koseff, the Chairman of Bidcorp.
As a consequence of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions placed in public gatherings, the meeting will now be conducted through the electronic participation as per the approval by the JSE and in terms of the provisions within the Companies Act (inaudible) of 2008, as amended, and the company's memorandum of incorporation.
