So just a quick company overview. Kingsway has been a company since 1989. Originally founded in Canada. Originally in the P&C insurance space, mostly auto and non-standard auto. We are no longer an insurance company, no longer based in Canada. So we'll get into -- what are we today?
We believe we'll be added to the Russell 2000 Index when the reconstitution happens later this month. Those lists will be, our understanding, locked down by the end of this week. But we've been on the
