Well, it's great. Thanks, Gwen. It was -- Scott mentioned, we did a site visit last week to our Imperial Project. And I followed that up spending last week on the road. And I kind of took away a few things. I was scribbling some notes as I was listening to the great story that Gwen told about the gold price. And I kind of scribbled down a few words about why I was excited. And the three things that are exciting me right now in the market is the capital markets, the gold price, and everything we're doing here at KORE Mining.
So the gold price, I won't beat that one again. I think you're going to hear a lot about it. I rotated out of the base metals sector from a career perspective last year because I see it being a good place to be over the next cycle. And I think it's a great time to build a new company like KORE. Just having spent time in Toronto, I'm increasingly excited about the capital markets and how it relates to microcap companies.
