Yeah, thank you very much. Just starting on KORE, I'll just spend a little bit talking about -- KORE is a slightly different strategy than the other two companies, although a lot of very similar components. KORE is actually (technical difficulty) projects.
So our primary project is called Imperial, located in Southern California. We have a second asset called Long Valley. Both have ounces in the ground developed by large companies in the 90s (technical difficulty) and the projects were left behind in the last cycle and are here for the benefit of KORE shareholders today and benefit from all of the same characteristics that projects in Nevada do; the great infrastructure, low cost of labor, and other elements that make heap leach gold mining viable and very profitable in the United States. And on top of that, we also have some exploration projects up in BC. And all told, we have a significant 5 million ounces in the ground across our portfolio.
