Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Steve McCann, Group CEO and Managing Director of Lendlease. Thanks for joining the conference call and announcement of the sale of our Engineering business, not Services.
I'll begin by acknowledging that we're on the land of the Gadigal people and extend my respects to their elders past, present and future. Joining me in the room is Tarun Gupta, our Group Chief Financial Officer.
