Good morning. and welcome to the Lendlease 2022 Annual General Meeting. My name is Michael Ullmer, and I am the Chairman of the Lendlease Group.
It's wonderful to be able to hold this meeting in person again, after 2 years in a virtual format. We also recognize that not everyone is able to meet in person. And for this reason, I am very pleased that we are able to offer a hybrid format to allow our security holders to participate, ask questions and vote at this meeting virtually.
