Good morning, and welcome to Lantern Pharma's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. My name is Panna Sharma, and I'm President and CEO of Lantern Pharma. I will be presiding at the meeting today. Thank you all for attending.

David Margrave, CFO and Secretary of Lantern Pharma, will also be acting as the secretary and inspector of elections for this meeting.
