Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Lantern Pharma's 2023 annual meeting of stockholders. My name is Panna Sharma, and I'm President and CEO of Lantern Pharma. I'll be presiding at the meeting today. It is now 11 o'clock, and thank you for attending.
Also in attendance at the meeting today are members of our Board of Directors; Michele Epstein of EisnerAmper LLP, the company's external auditor; and David Margrave, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Lantern Pharma will also be acting as the Secretary and Inspector of Elections of this meeting.

As described in the notice and proxy statement previously distributed, you are entitled to participate in and vote at this meeting if you are a stockholder of record as of the close of business on April 21, 2023, which is the record date for this meeting or hold a legal proxy for the meeting provided by your bank, broker, or nominee.
