Hello, and welcome to PostNL Second Deep Dive for the financial markets. Back in June, we talked about digitalization as one of the drivers of our strategy. Today, it's all about sustainability. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Jochem van de Laarschot, I'm the Head of IR and Communications.
We have the following program for you today. First off, Herna Verhagen, our CEO, will talk about our strategy and the pillars driving it, focusing on sustainability, of course.
