Through its institutions and the Laureate network, Laureate is the largest provider of degreed education in the world with a significant presence throughout Latin America as well as the US.
With me today, and we might get the slides going, otherwise I will start a company overview without it, is the Company's CEO Eilif Serck-Hanssen, who has served as CEO since early last year but was previously CFO of the Company for over a decade. When he was promoted to CEO, JJ Charhon joined as CFO after serving as CFO of Purdue Pharma. And then also with us in the back of the room is Adam Morse, SVP of Finance and Treasurer and (inaudible) from IR.
