Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our Civil Aerospace Investor Day here in Derby. We are delighted to have so many of you here in the room with us in person today, and also joining us online on our webcast. My name is Rachel Walker. I'm the Senior Vice President for Services Systems. What that basically means is I'm in charge of delivering a world-class operating system for our services business through things like our intelligent engine, which I'll be telling you a bit more about this afternoon. But for now, I'm going to let you know what's in store for you all today.
So we want to start the morning with a presentation of our key value drivers and we'll explain how we expect those to translate into improved performance over the next couple of years., We have around 40 minutes for Q&A following the presentation. And at that point, we will need to draw the live feed online to a close. But for those of you still in the room, there'll be plenty of opportunity for further discussion with our colleagues, both through the launch and throughout the afternoon.
