My name is Brett Heath. I am the Founder and CEO of Metalla Royalty. We trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol MTA and also under the TSX Venture under the symbol MTA as well. At Metalla, we have had a very clear and concise strategy since the very beginning. That strategy was to acquire high-quality royalties on proven geological trends that were operated by the largest mining companies on the planet at accretive prices.
And over that time, we've been able to execute on that strategy through what we call the third-party market.
