Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Thato Motlanthe, and I look after Investor Relations for the MTN Group. It's my pleasure this afternoon to welcome you to the annual results presentation for FY 2020, taking place during the afternoon for the first time rather than early in the day as has been the case over the past few years.
I trust that you've been able to access the presentation, which is available on our website, along with our results. Please be assured as we present to you today that we are observing all necessary COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing.
2020 was indeed a year of great change for all of us. Not only globally, but also for the MTN Group as a business. It encourages us to adapt and change the way we do things and evolve the way we interact with each other. Last year, for example, we hosted our first ever virtual interim presentation.
