Good afternoon to everybody. Welcome to the call, and thank you very much for joining us to discuss some of the recent group developments that you have seen over the past few weeks. There have been a number of corporate actions that you'd have seen over the past few months -- past few weeks that we've announced, and we thought it would be a good idea just for management to give a little bit of color and unpack some of these for you.
