Right. Good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Nedbank Group 2018 Results Presentation, to those here in the Boardman Auditorium in Sandton to those listening in on the web or on the phone lines and watching on Business Day TV.
As usual, for the presentation of the format, I'm going to start with a high-level overview of our 2018 results and the environment in which those were produced. Our CFO, Raisibe Morathi, will take you through the detail of the financial results and the underlying drivers to our key numbers, and then each of our managing executives will speak to the results for their specific clusters as well as the outlook for their businesses. And then I'm going to come back at the end to reflect on our strategy. But this time, I'm going to take a slightly deeper dive into client experiences, enabled by technology and people. And then I'll conclude by highlighting our consolidated expectations for Nedbank Group for the year ahead and taking questions.
