Thank you, Jessica. Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining us as we discuss the new launch of our retail experience, Cannabist. We are so excited to share this with you, and it's been a long time in the making. Since the company's founding back in 2013, we've been listening and learning about the communities, customers and stakeholders we serve. And time and time again, the market has been searching for expertise and trust. It's a uniform concern and criticism, and it's a uniform sort of gap in the opportunity set that we all face.
