Thank you, operator. Good morning, and thank you for joining today's conference call. With me today are Nicholas Vita, our Chief Executive Officer; David Hart, our President and Chief Operating Officer; Derek Watson, our Chief Financial Officer; and Jesse Channon, our Chief Commercial Officer. Earlier this morning, we issued -- during a press release of Cresco Labs announcing the mutual termination of the previously disclosed arrangement agreement with Cresco Labs.
