Nephros is a water technology company that sells water purification filters, mainly to medical centers, dialysis clinics and health care facilities. The filters normally need to be replaced every 6 months, so it's a recurring revenue stream.
Prior to COVID, the company was growing this recurring revenue stream at greater than 50% per year for the preceding 3 years. They hope to get back to those types of growth rates shortly. In addition to water filtration, the company recently launched the first-of-its-kind portable water pathogen detection system that allows on-site water pathogen testing and rapid results.
