Nephros Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Hello, everyone. My name is Robert Banks, and I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nephros, Inc. It is my pleasure to welcome you in our virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Today's meeting has been called specifically to vote on the proposals described in the notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Before proceeding, let me introduce the other directors and officers who are joining us today: Arthur Amron, Alisa Lask, and Oliver Spandow. Also with us today, Andy Astor, our Chief Financial Officer.
In addition, representatives of our independent accounting firm, Baker Tilly US, LLP, have joined us and will be available to answer any questions from stockholders later in the meeting.
The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Nephros, Inc. is hereby called to order. This Annual Meeting of Stockholders is held pursuant to the bylaws of company and written notice to all stockholders.
