Hello, and welcome to Northern Star Resources Annual Strategy Day. I am Bill Beament, the Executive Chair of Northern Star Resources. Today's presentations will demonstrate our company's sector-leading growth outlook, the key strategies for achieving this growth, the superior financial returns, which will flow from the capital-light nature of that growth and the outstanding people who are delivering it and also creating a sustainable business with sector-leading ESG credentials.
Our strategies all arise from one key principle, and that is Northern Star is a business first and a mining company second. Northern Star is perfectly positioned to generate strong increases in production, mine life, cash flow and dividends over the next 3 years and beyond.
Our production is set to increase by 40% over the next 3 years to 1.25 million ounces per annum. This will be accompanied by costs falling by 10% and longer mine lives. Importantly, this growth will come at a time when most of the global gold industry production is
