Good morning, everyone. Welcome to shareholders and visitors to the scheme meeting of Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited. This scheme meeting has been convened by the company by orders of Supreme Court of Western Australia consider a scheme of arrangement between the company and its shareholders pursuant to which it is proposed that Northern Star Resources Limited buy 100% of the shares in the company.
At least 3 shareholders at present, I can advise that we have a quorum, and the meeting is properly constituted, so I declare the meeting open.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Michael Bowen, I'm the Chairman of the Scheme Meeting. I was appointed as an independent Chairman of this meeting by the order of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
