Good day, and welcome to New Jersey Resources' 2022 annual shareowners meeting. You may begin.
Good morning. I'm Dan Farrell, Chairman of the Board of New Jersey Resources. On behalf of my Board colleagues, welcome to our 69th annual shareowners meeting. President and CEO Steve Westhoven will preside over today's meeting. And in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and for everyone's safety, it's being held virtually.
New Jersey Resources is a premier energy infrastructure company. Our talented team continues to execute on our strategy and deliver performance. Fiscal 2021 was a strong year for our company.
In just a few minutes, we'll have a brief video highlighting our fiscal 2021 performance. And then Steve will share details on our results, and the role New Jersey Resources will play in a clean energy future.
