Good morning. I'm Don Correll, Chairman of the Board of New Jersey Resources. On behalf of my Board colleagues, welcome to our annual shareholders meeting, which is being held virtually. President and CEO, Steve Westhoven, who you will hear from shortly, will preside over today's meeting.
