Good evening to all of you, and welcome to the ICICI Bank earnings call to discuss the results for Q2 of financial year 2021. Joining us today on this call are Vishakha, Anup, Sandeep Batra, Rakesh and Anindya. We thank you for joining us and hope that you are safe and in good health.
We thank the medical and health care fraternity, sanitation workers, providers of all essential services and police, who are enabling us to navigate these unprecedented times. We express our gratitude to our colleagues for their dedication and serving customers despite the current challenges. Most of our branches and ATMs across the country are operational, along with our digital channels. Most of our employees, except for those working at the branches and in functions such as operations and technology, continue to work from home.
