Thank you very much. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and I thank you for joining us for the discussion on RBL Bank's financial results for the third quarter FY '23. I'm joined on this call by Rajeev Ahuja and other members of our management team, who along with me will address any questions that you have.
It has been 6 months since I assumed the office, and this is the second full quarter of results. We have taken a number of new initiatives towards launching new product segments, driving internal sourcing and cross-sell, cost consolidations and rationalization, consolidation of partners, functions, et cetera, and we are starting to see these benefits come
