Good morning. Welcome to day one of the 24th Annual Needham Growth Conference. Our next session is going to be a presentation from NAPCO Security Technologies. My name is Jim Ricchiuti with the equity research department at Needham. It has been a lot of fun following NAPCO. It has been a real nice growth story, significant recurring revenue today that we're going to be hearing about this morning.
