So maybe let's just start off with a high-level overview of what NAPCO does.

So NAPCO is a designer and manufacturer of security products. We manufacture alarms, locking products, and access control products. NAPCO was founded over 40 years ago by our CEO, Richard Soloway, who is a serial entrepreneur. Prior to this business, he was in the music industry. He designed things called wah-wah pedals and buzz boxes. Famous musicians such as Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin used these products. He then sold
