It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Dickerson Wright, Chairman and CEO of NV5 Global, Inc. Mr. Wright, the floor is yours.
Thank you. Good morning to everyone.
My name, of course you heard, is Dickerson Wright. I'm the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NV5 Global. I will act as the Chairman of this Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and I'd like to call the meeting to order.
This meeting is being held, as you well see, pursuant to the notice of an annual meeting that has been mailed to all of the company's stockholders. As you know, we're hosting today's Annual Meeting of Stockholders through a virtual online platform hosted by Lumi.
