Good morning, everyone. I am Dickerson -- Mr. Dickerson Wright, although I'm not called Mister very often, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NV5 Global. I will act as Chairman of this Annual Meeting of Stockholders and would like to call the meeting to order.
