Good morning. My name is George Savvides, and I'm the Chairman of Next Science. On behalf of your Board, I welcome you to this General Meeting of Next Science Limited. I wish to thank everyone online today for utilizing our web meeting facility so we could respect the various travel and meeting restrictions currently in place throughout Australia. I'm chairing the meeting from my office in Melbourne, and I trust you can hear me clearly.
Under our constitution, a quorum for a shareholder meeting is 2 voting members. The company's Secretary has confirmed that there is a quorum present at the Next Science head office in Sydney, and I'm pleased to declare the meeting open.
