Next Science Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Well, good morning, everyone, and good morning to those who are in the room here in Sydney, and good morning to those who are joining us online. My name is Mark Compton, I'm the Chair of Next Science Limited and the Chair of this Annual General Meeting. And on behalf of the Board, I welcome you, our shareholders, both online and here in the room, and the visitors to Next Science's 2022 AGM.
Today's AGM is being conducted as a hybrid meeting to maximize the opportunity for our shareholders to participate. I'm pleased to see shareholders using the virtual online platform and also joining us here in person at the Sydney venue.
Before I begin the meeting, I would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation and recognize their continuing connection to land, water and culture. I pay my respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
