Having been on the Ocado Group Board for just over a year now and chaired since May 2021, I've been able to take a good look at the business and make some important observations. The first is that Ocado is a cauldron of creativity. Innovation really seems to be part of the DNA of the business. Throughout the organization, colleagues are motivated to take on some of the biggest technology and engineering challenges of the age and then create practical solutions, which through our close and collaborative partnerships with a growing number of the world's most forward-thinking grocers make a material difference to the lives of millions of consumers.
