Just by way of background, I'm the Services Analyst here at Crédit Suisse, and we're thrilled to host Ravi and Eric. I'm going to sit down, we can do a little Q&A and at some point we'll weave you folks in and we're happy to take any questions either through the audience or online. So I'm going to sit down. One thing I wanted to start with Eric or Ravi, I think just for the audience, maybe just a little bit of background on what Ooma does before we kind of get into more specific Q&A, maybe just a couple of minutes on what the company does.
Sure, and thank you for having us here today. It's our pleasure. Ooma provides phone service primarily from the cloud, focused on business and residential users. We're a close to $150 million revenue company. 90% of it recurring revenue at about 70% gross margins. And we're known for Ooma Office, which we sell to small businesses.
