Good day, and welcome to the Ooma, Inc. Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Thank you, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Eric Stang, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ooma, and it's a pleasure to welcome you today to Ooma's Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Thank you for joining us today live via our Internet webcast.
