Thank you very much, and good afternoon to all of you in Europe and good morning to those of you who follow us from the U.S. This quarterly report or quarterly presentation promises to be one of those, I probably would remember for the rest of my life, not due to the Orexo performance, which was good, but due to the environment we are working in here. Today, I will be joined by Joe DeFeo, and Joe will join us from the U.S. on a different phone line. So if there's any mix up when we get to the Q&A session, I apologize for that.
