Thank you very much, and welcome to this fourth quarter and year-end presentation from Orexo. So the fourth quarter has been a quite eventful quarter from many aspects, both internally and externally. It's also been a quarter where we, on a quarter-by-quarter basis, have a decent headwind in terms of exchange rate development with the U.S. dollar weakening compared to the Swedish krona. But on an annual basis, the strengthening of the U.S. dollars have had a positive effect. And I will come back to that later.
